These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Quizzeevo. This is a placeholder written for this demo site — replace it with real terms, reviewed by counsel, before launch.
1. Using Quizzeevo
You may use Quizzeevo to create, assign, and play quizzes for educational or organizational purposes. You're responsible for the content you upload, including images, audio, and questions, and for making sure it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account, whether by email or by continuing with Google.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Teachers are responsible for their students' use of quizzes and live games they host.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Free plans remain free. Pro and Institutional plans are billed on the cycle you select (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Quizzeevo to upload unlawful, hateful, or harmful content, to attempt to disrupt the service, or to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
5. Intellectual property
Quizzeevo's software, design, and branding belong to us. Quizzes and content you create remain yours — by uploading them, you grant us a limited license to host and display them so the product can function.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Quizzeevo and close your account at any time.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Quizzeevo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Quizzeevo after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
