Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information Quizzeevo collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It's a placeholder written for this demo site — swap it for your actual policy, reviewed by counsel, before launch.

1. Information we collect

Account information — name, email address, and school or organization, if you provide one, when you sign up (including via Google sign-in).

Quiz & gameplay data — the quizzes you build, the questions students answer, scores, and timing, so results and analytics can be shown to teachers.

Usage data — general information about how the app is used, such as pages visited and features used, to help us improve it.

2. How we use information

  • To operate core features — creating quizzes, running live games, and showing results.
  • To communicate with you about your account, billing, or product updates.
  • To improve Quizzeevo and keep it secure and reliable.

3. Children's data

Where students use Quizzeevo through a teacher's class, the teacher or school is responsible for obtaining any consents required under applicable law (such as COPPA or GDPR-K). We only collect what's needed to run the quiz experience.

4. Sharing

We don't sell personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run Quizzeevo (such as hosting and analytics providers), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep account and quiz data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your choices

  • Access, correct, or delete your account information.
  • Opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
  • Disconnect Google sign-in from your account settings.

7. Contact us
